Saturday's What's New Revue
my clock says it's saturday-even if it's not quite 4 am--i was afraid that working these extra hours and getting up earlier would do this to me-and to roxie! arrrgggg--fell asleep on the couch at 715 last nite and went to bed at 8--it was 10 or so before michael knew where i was!!!!!
work was so so--TGIF stuff! we went to pick up a nice new -to -us bird cage for the 4 ****atiels- (for not a lot of money-felt like it was stealing!) much larger than they had but not huge like ruby and chico's--so he was kept busy readying that and moving them last nite-he spent most of the day cleaning house- for the weekend it is so nice to come home to a clean house
-AND we have a showing at 1230 today!!!!!!!--
so get those chickens swinging!!
really nothing else new -yet! wanted to get you started and maybe roxie and i can grab a few more winks....Later!

It is still about 90 everyday here and sort of muggy most days. But no rain here.

THey tell me mom is doing better, but she is very lethargic and my sister and
i are upset about that. they say she has a staph infection of sorts, but where
she caught it is a mystery. she does live in an assited living, but other than dinner,which
she eats with a group in the dining room, she lives in her own apartment independently.
anyway, now they are worried that the infection might have damaged her heart and they want to do a special test on monday which after some research online, my sister and i agreed she should go ahead with.
today i have to go to her apartment, collect a weeks worth of mail and see if any bills
need to be paid. sis and i also want to clean out the frig and make sure her garbage
is taken out.

been up since 4am cleaning house lol couldnt sleep so thought i would get some deep house cleaning done. been down on hands and knees cleaning baseboards and corners. window sashes and wooden blinds. have got 2 rooms done so thought i would take a break. ..oh yeah while in kitchen cleaned the undersides of kitchen chairs. good grief, so that is where all the spiders live??? maybe others dont have the problems we have with spiders. but here in the ozarks they are thick. most of them arent anything that would hurt you altho we do have the brown recluse but i think they are a lot of places. most of ours are harmeless variety.
i spent most of yesterday putting all my tropicals in the green house....and digging up the ones i had planted in the cground so put them back in pots and stored them in green house. got down to 38 last night so far, it usually drops another few degrees right before it gets daylight so that may go down farther....
guess today will be spent finishing cleaning house.
it quit raining yesterday about noon with a final amount here at 6.4 inches. Springfield got less like 5.6 or something like that. Joplin got more friend told me 8 inches dont know.
well got to go after getting the house clean going to go see if i can find some sweats like i like. the ones with pockets in them. i think they are always in the mens section. in winter that is what i wear in the house all the time so i can keep the thermostat lower than 100 lol ..

Margo will PRAY that your house sells. have you ever watched some of those shows on HGTV about selling a house?? some really good ideas....i followed all of them one time and sold a house in 2 days from the time i put the sign out in the front yard. ...again good luck and i will be praying.
